H1 product information lists CE EN1078, RoHS, and FCC certification, with IP45 water resistance.
Do not submerge the helmet or use high-pressure water around the electronic components.
Clean the shell with clean water and a soft cloth. Avoid solvents, corrosive cleaners, and hard impacts.
If the helmet experiences a crash, stop using it and contact support for replacement guidance.
