Return conditions, packaging guidance, exchanges, and refund timing.

Returns must be in new, unused condition and returned in the original, intact packaging.

Place the product box inside the original shipping box. If the original shipping box is unavailable, use another sturdy box to protect the product box. Returns will not be accepted if the product box is not properly protected.

After your return is received and inspected, our support team will confirm the refund or exchange status.
