If the helmet is not working properly, press the power button 5 times in a row to reset it.

To force a restart, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds or more.

02How do I choose the right helmet size?

First, measure your head circumference by wrapping a soft tape measure around your head, just above your eyebrows.

Then refer to the brand's size chart (typically S / M / L).

For best comfort and fit, choose a helmet with an adjustable rear dial. A properly fitted helmet should feel secure without wobbling or pressing on the temples.

03Can the smart helmet be cleaned?

Yes. The helmet shell can be wiped with clean water.

Do not use alcohol, gasoline, organic solvents, or corrosive liquids such as acids or alkalis.

Avoid dropping or striking the helmet.

04How should the battery be stored if the helmet is not used for a long time?

To maintain battery lifespan, fully charge the helmet before storing it for more than 3 months.

During long-term storage, recharge the battery every 3 to 6 months.

05What is the maximum connection distance of the remote control?

The remote control works within a range of up to 6 meters (about 20 feet) in open areas.

For the most stable signal, use it in an open, unobstructed environment.

We recommend mounting the remote on the handlebar to minimize signal interference and ensure stable control.

06Is there a difference in safety performance between smart helmets and regular helmets?

Smart helmets meet the same rigorous safety standards as regular helmets — and in many cases, even higher ones for e-bike use.

High-quality smart helmets are certified under international standards such as CPSC and CE EN 1078, offering the same impact resistance and energy-absorbing protection as professional sports helmets.

All electronic components are reinforced with waterproof and shock-resistant protection, ensuring they do not compromise overall safety.

07Can children use an adult smart helmet?

No, this is not recommended.

Children's head shapes and neck bones are still developing, and adult helmets differ in size, weight, and protective structure.

We recommend choosing smart helmets specifically designed for children, which feature optimized protection zones and lighter electronic components.

08Is replacement or warranty service provided after a crash?

Safety always comes first.

If the helmet has experienced an impact in an accident, we strongly recommend replacing it immediately, even if there is no visible damage.

We offer a crash replacement program at a discounted price (proof of accident required).

The standard warranty period is 1 year, covering manufacturing defects not caused by human damage.
